Inter-Challenge Aloha
with some unseasonable sounds
Just an interim reminder that ‘Track 15’ of ‘Challenge 69’ (currently undergoing rigorous editing) will be released next Saturday 9/Sunday 10 April. I’d like to pretend this will be a special Easter edition but, given the story’s accelerated publication timeline, the ‘action’ is actually set in October 2018 (without a resurrection in sight)!
‘T15’ is however another of ‘C69’s globetrotting instalments, with next week’s story set in Hawaii, or more specifically Waikiki.
So rather than any longwinded ‘inter-track’ exposition this week I am simply going to use this as a locational prompt to try to escape from what has seemed, “a very long winter,” by sharing with you four very different (but glorious) takes on a surfin’ sound.
Apparently, when the, “surf’s up,” all you need to do is, “drop in, pull up, and kick out,” and while I haven’t the slightest clue what any of that actually means it all sounds a lot more fun than walking the dog in the rain!
